Our Responsibility Towards Our Community "Tryo Virtual Assistant" a COVID Friendly Solution

In prevention of spreading COVID disease, social distancing, also called physical distancing between people, in order to reduce the number of times people come into close contact with each other, have been introduced by the health authorities. These COVID prevention interventions or measures became a challenge for the sales and service sector of most of the industries in the world.

We saw some of our clients are getting effected by these COVID prevention interventions, due to inability to reach their customers. We Tryonics (Pvt) Ltd. as an Innovative IT solutions providing company determined to join the Technology battle against COVID.

Our Design thinking team headed by Mr Madushan Perera, started a research on finding a solution to overcome the challenges faced by sales teams and other service providers who deals directly with clients and do business.

It is a platform to help sales or service providers to communicate with their clients, on their business matters which includes vice, video communication and also to share an application form to collect information, collect payments, not only that it also facilitates the inclusion of customer signature, which adds legitimacy to the transaction. The most unique feature of this solution is that the customer does not needs to install an App on the mobile phone.

How it works


When a sales person or a customer service personnel wants to get in touch with a customer to provide required services, they have been given an easily navigable and manageable dashboard to generate a SMS to the customer’s Smart phone using the Tryo Virtual Assistant platform.

Customer SMS will have a clickable link which loads the video camera of the smart phone along with the voice connectivity through the phone microphone. There is no App installation required on the customer mobile phone.

Sales person or the customer service personnel can capture the images of the customer or the relevant documents or else they can video record the conversation using the Tryo Virtual Assistant tool on his/her computer or the device, while the customer holding the phone camera.

Customer signature also can be captured through the touch screen of the smart phone or the mobile device.

Captured information will be save on to a special folder in the back- end server or for a smooth flow of the operation, this information can be directly transferred to a required core system of the organisation via an API integration.
